This course explores selected hadith and conversations of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as reported by his Companions (r). Through the study of these narrations, students learn how the Prophet ﷺ communicated guidance, correction, and care in everyday interactions. The course focuses on Prophetic etiquette in speech and behavior and highlights communication as a core element of Islamic tarbiya and character formation.
Students examine how the Prophet ﷺ used kind and intentional words to teach, guide, and build strong relationships. Readings and discussions address communication with children, spouses, and the wider community, as well as expressions of empathy, emotional awareness, and devotion. Emphasis is placed on applying these Prophetic principles to daily life, helping students develop more thoughtful, ethical, and spiritually grounded ways of speaking and relating to others.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled class sessions and participate actively in their learning. To ensure a successful online learning experience, all students must have regular access to a personal
computer and reliable high-speed internet. Courses at Ribāṭ University are delivered through Canvas and may include video lectures, interactive discussions, digital readings, and multimedia assignments.
Students are responsible for maintaining the technology needed to participate fully.
Students should be comfortable with basic computer operations, including using email, browsing the internet, uploading and downloading files, and navigating an online learning platform. Training resources and orientation will be provided for students who need additional guidance.
